Florida Roofing Leads is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. We connect homeowners with independent local roofing professionals. Contractors are responsible for licensing, insurance, estimates, pricing, inspections, permits, workmanship, warranties, and service delivery.
We do not guarantee that a homeowner will receive a quote, that a contractor will accept a job, that pricing will be available, or that any contractor will be suitable for a specific project.
Contractors are independent businesses. Homeowners should verify licensing, insurance, references, estimates, permits, warranties, and contract terms before hiring any contractor.
Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate information and deciding whether to contact, hire, or contract with any roofing professional.
By submitting a request, homeowners authorize us to share the request with matched roofing professionals and related service providers so they may respond to the request.
You may not use the platform to submit false information, spam, scrape data, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the platform is provided as-is and we are not liable for contractor conduct, property damage, project disputes, lost profits, indirect damages, or outcomes of roofing services.
